THE COORDINATE SYSTEM OF THE BODY
The bases of good health are based on proper nutrition, water, regular work of the excretory system, cleansing the body, sleep and rest, spiritual work and sports.
And it all revolves around a central axis – the pillar of good physical, emotional and energy health.
The coordinate system of our physical body.
When our spine is in perfect, upright condition, the vital energy flows directly, smoothly and unimpeded.
With the ideal body posture considered in profile, we could run perpendicular to the floor line from the ear, through the shoulder joint, elbow, hip joint, knee, and ankle.
THIS LINE IS THE LINE OF SYMMETRY
With such a correct posture of the body, in addition to the proper circulation of vital energy, we have a good posture from a visual point of view.
- distribution of body weight
- no aches and pains
- good motor activity
- possibility for trouble-free sport
Unfortunately, such an ideal correct posture is less common.
THERE ARE NUMEROUS WAYS IN WHICH THE SPINE IS DISTORTED
It is not uncommon to see it in the elderly, but spinal distortions in children and young people are increasingly occurring.
In addition to the purely aesthetic side of spinal curvature, it causes many health problems:
- internal organs are squeezed and displaced
- malfunctioning and neurological disorders occur
- muscle (neck, shoulders, back, and waist) appear and joint pains occur
Due to the increasingly deteriorating motor culture of people, all this is accompanied (and often caused) by a lack of good muscle.
having no power to hold the spine in the correct position, the person flexes, bends, twists.
The new unnatural position of the body causes even more difficulties, imbalances and poor functioning of the muscles. A closed vicious circle is obtained.
MAJOR SPINE DISTORTIONS:
– KYPHOSIS :
deformation of the spine – characterized by an unnatural curve of the spine at its upper part, which leads to the appearance of a hump (as well as shortening of the length of the spine).
This is the most common posture problem and is seen in people who spend most of their time sitting.
Kyphosis exerts pressure on the lungs and pressures the digestive system.
This can lead to respiratory problems, to numbness of the toes of the limbs due to insufficient supply of tissues with oxygen.
The curvature of the spine in the waist, with the vertebrae, bent to the abdomen.
This deformity causes pain in the waist and discomfort when seated in the correct position, a purely visual protrusion of the abdomen.
– SCOLIOSIS :
Scoliosis is a deformity of the spine, which consists of curvature of the spine sideways (laterally) left or right.
It is considered the most serious type of deformation.
Usually, additional curvatures are obtained along the spine as the body seeks to stabilize. Tilting the head, shoulders, and pelvis in opposite directions. It leads to numbness and pain in the limbs on one side.
Cardiac pain, difficulty breathing, and mild fatigue are seen in more severe cases.
Sometimes a combination of everything happens.
Very common in girls is the S-shaped stand – a combination of lordosis and kyphosis.
The problem is that there is no clear, accessible and relevant information on what to do, how to compensate for the hours at a stationary desk sitting in front of the computer.
People do not realize, they have no information about what really causes this lifestyle of their bodies.
Improper posture, unhealthy habits, fractures in accidents also lead to displacement, back and neck pain. As a result, our vital energy does not flow normally, and at one point internal diseases come.
We reach adulthood, which we have already assumed to be “normal” to be sick, twisted, bent (for years ?!).
To bring even more panic, doctors have widely argued that the only treatment for such cases is operative.
YES BUT NO
Spinal distortions are largely remedied through healing massages, Yusmeiro therapy, yoga, breathing exercises and… strength exercises. If Yusmeiro and Eastern practices in general balance and restore symmetry in the body, then sports build a muscle corset.
Rehabilitation (injury recovery) with power sports, strength exercises improve vision, coordination, motor apparatus – even in old age.
Many training people also have such problems. Unfortunately, their regular workouts not only do not help, but also aggravate the situation.
PEOPLE DON’T KNOW HOW TO TRAIN
The reason is simple – people do not know how to train, do the exercises chaotically, without a clear purpose (or at least not to correct these problems) and do not know the right technique.
Focused training with a clear intention, well-built and regularly performed, good proper technique is able to do “miracles” that medicine considers impossible.
With the right technique and a good personal trainer to guide and monitor you, spinal distortions are largely correctable.
If you realize that your back is weak and your muscles are unable to cope with the weight of your body. You have difficulties bending over, your daily routine is in a passive position in front of the computer and you feel pain in the neck, shoulders, and waist, the least effort of physical activity is making you tired, it’s time to think and take action before things get worse.
It’s important enough. Your health and fitness is at stake. And the choice is in your hands.
