How to be fit, what to train, what to eat?

Outside, it can be seen that spring is awakening.

Spring is that magical time of the year when our intuition tells us that it’s time to throw away the trash – the mental, the emotional, the physical to cleanse our bodies, our homes, our minds.

This time let’s sharing some good habits – how to be fit, what to train, what to eat, etc.

Motivation

Before we get to the point, to pay some attention to motivation.

It is the power that makes to do all this.

Many people who will say, “Oh, I don’t have time for such nonsense, I’m too busy,” or “Life is so short, it’s better to live it as it is” or ‘’Why to doing all this, just relax and live a little.

It is clear that there are infinitely many points of view and rules for healthy eating, totally opposed.

Exist, people who eat fried eggs, a packet of butter and bacon, continue with a few steaks and kebabs and sound pretty argumentative about how healthy it is.

What happens when you are motivated?

  • You love and respect for your body
  • You love and respect for yourself
  • You have power to achieve goals
  • A sense of satisfaction
  • Happiness
  • Love for the world around you
  • The world loves you too

Only you have the power to maintain your health. It is only your responsibility. Maintain yourself in good condition – as long as possible. Everything else is just laziness and running away from responsibility.

Here are some simple rules and habits:

  • Drink several glasses of hot water in the morning with half a lemon, turmeric and black pepper (This helps to move the blood, lymph flow, toxins out of the body).
  • Do stretching in the morning and some cross fit exercises. Then cycle at least 5 days a week.
  • At lunch, eat Protein with Carbohydrates (fish or chicken breasts with salad, or just nuts.
  • Eat simple carbohydrates – such as pasta, white rice, potatoes, because they are good for endurance sports like mine cycling, running, etc.
  • Avoid milk products. It is an absolute myth that they are useful and delivers calcium to the body – up to a certain age YES.
  • Eat vegetables and fruits, nuts, seeds, sprouts.
  • If you eat bread at all, better to be maximum 2 times per week.
  • Eat sesame tahini, olives, cold-pressed oils, buckwheat, beans, chickpeas, hemp, raw cocoa, coconut are on the menu.
  • Also ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, cloves, red pepper, which are part of a rich natural pharmacy and with whose help I quickly deal with possible cold conditions.
  • Try to dinner by 7 pm at the latest.
  • The consume of alcohol to be limited to a glass of wine or a beer in a nice company.
  • Drink a lot of water. Drink a good coffee if you love it. No smoking – no need to explain here.
  • Look to find at least an hour a day, which is your personal time – just for you.
  • Try not to get involved and to ignore other people’s claims, intrigues.
  • Every day do something good, unconditional, free – just to make someone else happy.
  • Use moderately well-selected natural nutritional supplements, minerals, and vitamins.
  • At least once a year do liver and bile cleansing.
  • At least once a year, take a break for a few days from food and pass only on juices, water, and tea.
  • The activities described above are most appropriate in the spring season.

The list can be added.

If something shared has inspired or given you a good idea – great.

If not – you will certainly find your inspiration and your lifestyle elsewhere – free will.

The important thing is that you choose to do it with the clear awareness that, only you are responsible for the choices you make, how they reflect on every aspect of your lives and be aware of the consequences.
